ATTENTION::: UPDATE:::: SAT IS DEAL DAY YOU WON"T WANT TO MISS THIS BUYING OPPERTUNITY ....LETS MAKE A DEAL>>>Hello everyone, feels like its been a while but it is summer, the summer we tend do more clean outs and buy outs then estate sales and since we go away in August every year to do the world’s longest yard sale we sometimes put off the good sales until September, so stay tuned I promise many more great estate sales in the near future… This weekend is a unique Clean Out King Event! We have been doing a number of good clean outs and estate buyouts lately and my warehouse is packed to the rafters… Plus we’ve recently rented a new location that may become the future home of The Clean Out King world headquarters, so we decided lets clear out the warehouse bring in a couple of estates we could not do on site and have a super grand multi estate summer blow out sale and let me tell you it’s jammed packed with all kinds of stuff and this weekend it’s all got to go…. From multiple estates we have a ton of furniture, from mid century modern to like new to antique and everything in-between, King bedroom set, multiple queen bedroom sets, living room set, dining room set, outdoor furniture, futon, corner cabinet, sewing table, hotel clean out with 50 mini fridges, tables, chairs, and so much more.. In the front building, tools, electronics, books out the wazoo, glass wear, collectibles, nick knacks, kitchen stuff, cd’s, dvd’s, records and more… There is a little room in the front building that will have all kinds of little collectibles, tiny little cool stuff I’ve found over the years, I’ve just tossed in show cases you won’t believe all the cool stuff in that little room, artwork, metal signs and more you won’t wanna miss that room.. Outside will be box after box after box after box of all kinds of stuff from our warehouse thousands of items a buck or less and many of those boxes contain forgotten treasures, I promise, if you dig around you’ll definitely find some gems in all those out door boxes… This is one blow out we really hope you’ll attended and tell your friends about, we need to blow out as much as possible so we can have money to make the many repairs needed to make the new location work…Please come out this weekend and support the cause….cause we really need to get rid of this stuff to make room for more..By the piece, by the box, by the table don’t be afraid to ask, I promise great deals this weekend… Hope to see you there…
