EXTENDED BIDDING FEATURE: This auction features extended bidding. Any lot that receives a bid within last couple minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open for bids past its normal close and will then enter into extended bidding. The lot will remain open until there are no bids received on that lot in the last couple minutes of any extended bidding. This only affects lots with the last couple minute bids; other lots will continue to close at their normal times. When a max bid is placed, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Another bidder has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically inject your bid in the next increment, continually after being outbid, until it reaches your maximum bid amount. TECHNOLOGY ISSUES: Wiscobidcom LLC reserves the right to pause, stop, restart or extend any auction due to technological issues that may occur during the course of the duration of the auction. No discounts or refunds will be given if this occurs. RESALE: Wiscobidcom LLC reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full on the day following the auctions end The Buyer shall be responsible to Wiscobidcom LLC for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. Loading / Shipping: Wiscobidcom LLC, anyone working for us, or the owners of the property being sold are not responsible for anything that might get broken or damaged during the of loading/Shipment of your items even if they are helping load them or shipping them . All risk of damage to items is assumed by the buyer once the auction has ended. If items are broken the customer is still responsible for paying for them and no refunds or returns will be given for any reason.
