Join us for this amazing auction! Built by the Late Carlos Gibbons, The South Carolina Education Association building has a rich history as well as amazing design elements and furnishing. All contents that include Mid Century Modern furniture, fixtures, architectural elements, and trade fixtures. This building will be torn down so the one year old elevator, vault door, boiler, doors, brass railings, light fixtures, flag pool, and outdoor lighting will be auctioned as well. The Mid-Century Modern furniture- Including Knoll tulip coffee table, side table, and tulip chairs, Eames chairs and foot stool, plus brutalist art sculptures. This is a three story large building with a large auditorium. Other items include- MCM file cabinets, office equipment, AV equipment, display cabinets, window ac units, office supplies, decorations, commercial bathroom stalls, Scarp metal, air compressor, stage curtain, upright piano, 6 banquet tables, sound board, glassware, small stove, kitchen items, commercial coffee maker, and more.
