Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm each day.

A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one please bring it back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

We are conducting an Estate Sale in a spacious Skokie mansion overlooking the Evanston Country Club with a high end furniture pieces, art, china, men’s & women’s clothing, women’s shoes & purses, costume jewelry, sterling & gold jewelry, golf fishing & hunting items, sports collectibles, American Girl Dolls, Madame Alexander Dolls, records and so much more! Directions for our sale in Skokie this weekend:

From Skokie Blvd and Dempster Street in Skokie IL.

Take Dempster Street east to 4645 the house is on the south side of the street.

Parking is only available only on side streets on the west side of Dempster. Then you will have to cross Dempster to the sale location.

We will have the drive way open to pick up purchases or drop off people in need of assistance.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways or sidewalks.
