Our January sales keep ringing in the New Year, and this one is shining like a diamond with exquisite taste and beautiful items inside! This very contemporary home is also for sale and you're welcome to check it out during estate sale! The home has many designer features, and complements much of a Boho/Contemporary life style.. These styles used to be a little difficult, but when you visit this home - it's almost as you were stepping into a catalog showcasing how to design "Modern Boho". Most, if not all pieces of furniture in this house is like new and in impeccable condition. We'll have many different contemporary studded, wicker and cane chairs for sale here - all style - accent chairs, multple bar chairs, dining chairs, side chairs, as well as like new Deepwater Ocean Blue sofa in the living room along a contemporary Pier 1 style coffee table and different hammered metal, wood and iron side tables spread out throughout the house. There are metal and iron frame mirrors, different metal, sculpted iron or glass LED chandeliers and wall lamps/lanters, nice wool rugs and runners and even a like new gray wood room divider. You could also call this home "The house of a hundred pillows", as we honesly have 2 rooms filled with accent and throw pillows - and at least 100 of them will be available for sale...

Oh, the jewelry... There are absolutely TONS of costume jewelry for sale at this wonderful estate. Monet, Ciner, Ben Amun, Swarovski or even Chico's - the selection is here, but also the quality and amazing condition of most pieces. Now - we will also have 14 karat jewelry for sale here - pictures coming up shortly. There are a few 14k rings, as well as 14k bracelet and chain with pendant, 14k gold cross pendant, and more... We do have quite a bit of truly breathtaking pieces of sterling jewelry as well - a few rings, as well as earrings, bracelet, chains, pendants, brooches and more, some with beautiful stones - please check out the photos as we will upload them tomorrow!

The Master Bedroom is probably our favorite room in this household as we have an extraordinary closet, full top to bottom with astonishing amount of Like New or Brand New clothes still with tags. Most clothing is Women - sizes from sie 4 to 10, with majority being size Small or "6". New dresses by Ralph Lauren, Chinese Laundry, Guess, vintage leather skirts, tons of leather jackets, Betsey Johnson pumps, Paolo heels, brand new boots - most in size 8-8.5. There's also a great amount of bedding, brand new towel sets, handbags by Michael Kors, as well as vintage beaded purses and clutches. The master bedroom set is in great like new condition with a Full size mattress sitting on a Four Poster Solid Wood very elegant bed, matching night stand and oversized dresser, both with marble tops. 

The kitchen is another statement to great style and quality of the homeowner, as we see many handmade and handpainted ceramic dishes from Italy. There are Pier 1 dish and plate sets, Noritake porcelain, elegant gold trim china, lead crystal wine glasses, Curtis Stone, Wolfgang Puck and Cuisinart pots and pan sets, among some cast iron skillets and pans, along with a great selection of knives, such as Victorinox or Wusthof just to name  few. Kitchenaid red standing mixer is available for sale too - and we'll have quite a few of attachments available for sale separately as well... We also have some heavy hacienda style hand blown colorful glassware, different inlaid wood trays, brand new linens and kitchen towels, and so much more!

The sewing room will definitely be a treat for any sewing or quilting professional as we'll present a Singer Featherweight and a BabyLock Embroidery sewing machines... We'll have tons of buttons, sewing items and supplies, threads, loom, needle and collectible needle pillows, plus tons of fabric - velvet, denim, plush, cotton, linen - you name it we have it and it will be priced to sell! 

You'll be able to find a few vintage cameras in the office here - including a Pentax vintage film camera, and a Nikon FG - both with lenses, although we do have an additional lense for sale as well. The office is also, where you may find a collection of hundreds of cds, and some bone handle folding knives by Solingen. We'll also have a Bose speaker system for sale, along with Philips mini Video System with speakers, some office supplies and great pieces of furniture here too - such as teak two-tier shelf, a storage cabinet with 4 long narrow doors, and a high chest with 2 drawers seving as a file cabinet with files and filing system installed inside...

The patio has quite a few pieces of very colorful folding chairs, wicker chairs and table, an inside/outside hacienda style rocker, multiple cement and metal decor pieces, heavy iron sculpted Sun, different chimes and bells, and tons of planters, pots, small and medium plants, some terracota and ceramic planter pots. 

The whole house will definitely make you feel very welcome and warm inside as you walk in showing different styles and ways of decor that the owner has perfected over the years, with items from all over the world available for sale here.
