Things to understand about this auction.

1. Closing is Friday January 27th at 28th at 7:00 pm CST.
2. Following the auction winning bidders will receive a text message to schedule a pick up time or to request shipping.  If you need shipping you must request it before the close of business on Friday.  Make sure your mobile number is updated with Hibid and check your spam folders.  We are not responsible for missed communication.
3. Pick up is Sunday Jan 29th between 10am and 1pm.  If you cannot pick up during this time do not bid unless its a shippable lot. Pick up location is Arlington Texas Zip Code 76063.  Actual address will be given to the winning bidders.
4. This is a clean out auction.  As such, all abandoned lots will be charged a $25 abandonment fee. Once the pick up time has ended we no longer have access to the property.  
5. Shipping is not available on all lots.  Be sure if you need shipping that you are bidding on something that is eligible for shipping.  Shipping has a handling fee of $6.00 per lot plus the cost of shipping. If it's not eligible and you don't pick up it will be considered abandonment.  If you don’t respond to shipping / pick up request before pick up day your lot will be considered abandon. Please read the description as some items may have a higher handling fee.
6. Credit cards are charged immediately following the auction.  If your card is not updated with Hibid or has insufficient funds a $5.00 service fee will be added for each additional attempt. 
7. If you do not pick up there is a $25.00 per lot abandonment fee.
8. You must provide all manpower, tools and packing supplies to safely and efficiently remove your lot.  All items must be off property by 1:00 pm.
