TERMS OF SALE:  A deposit of $10,000.00 in cash or certified funds, or in any other form suitable to the Substitute Trustee in their sole discretion, will be required of the purchaser(s) at time and place of Auction Sale. The Deposit must be increased to an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price and delivered no later than 12:00 PM (NOON) on Friday, February 3, 2023, to the office of the Auctioneer located at 912 E. 25th Street, Baltimore, MD 21218. Balance due in cash or certified funds within twenty (20) days following final ratification of the sale by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland. Interest to be paid on the unpaid purchase price at the rate of 12.00% per annum from day of Auction Sale to date of settlement. Time shall be of the essence with respect to settlement by the purchaser(s). The Substitute Trustee reserves the right, in his sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or withdraw the Property from sale at any time before or at the Auction.
