Ok folks tomorrow is the day! if you have read my pages then you know I always open early. I WILL NOT MAKE YOU WAIT IF I AM READY TO GO! Also please remember CASH ONLY!
We will be entering and leaving from the front door. Be careful walking as there is NO SIDEWALK OUT FRONT.
PARKING- Will be in the back yard just follow the sign when you get to the top of the driveway, there is TONS of room back there to park 200 cars, just BE CAREFUL AND DRIVE SLOWLY.
LOADING- There is a place on the LEFT SIDE of the driveway as you come up the driveway that is for LOADING ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PARK THERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOADING HEAVY ITEMS. Thank you
KEYS- If something has a key that goes to it I HAVE IT AT THE REGISTER. Once you purchase the item I will give you the key or keys.

Some GREAT furniture here folks. The Breakfront and Dining room Table that seats 8 is all CUSHMAN Furniture Co! The Tea Cart CUSHMAN! The childs Drop Leaf Table and the Footstool CUSHMAN! The Armoire , CUSHMAN! The queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and chest are all CUSHMAN! If you want QUALITY furniture this is IT! This is going to be a great sale in DeLand folks. Lots and lots of great old sheet music, the crystal you see pictured is ALL WATERFORD, OLD WATERFORD. LISMORE CLASSIC is the pattern. This was made back when they did not mark every piece. The Decanter IS marked and sells for $350 by itself if you can find it. The Oxford set of dishes is made by Lenox and is in excellent condition. The flags you see are silk and original to the 1800's. All of the posters that you see are ORIGINAL from the late 60's to the mid 70's. The Woman's Suffrage book is a FIRST EDITION 1870 and sells for $400 online.
This house is 4,000 sq ft of living space and it is JAM PACKED with great items.
