Please know that once you bid online, we aren't able to cancel your bid. All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final, with NO REFUNDS. All lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. We use a "soft close" auction, which means if you are bidding on an item and someone else makes a last minute bid, the auction will be extended for an additional time (30secs to 1min) , allowing you to make a counter bid. 38Buckley Auctions uses the services of Hibid auction platform for online bidding. Please refer to Hibid's website for how to register and bid online. Buyer is responsible for all online bidding. 38Buckley Auctions cannot place bids for the buyer as the buyer must properly register and bid through the Hibid platform. 38Buckley Auctions or any of its staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any human or technical bidding errors, or internet bidding system shutdowns that may occur. We can ship most auction items, please note that items labeled LPU (Local Pickup) will not be shipped.
