A handling fee of 5% of total contract will be added. Shipping of furniture is sole responsibility of the buyer. The handling fee does not apply to furniture shipments. All items must be paid for prior to shipping or pickup. Items may be picked up one business day after end of sale. Please bring help to load any large or heavy items.
