Having retired and rented the farm acreage, I have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Public Auction here on the farm to sell my tractors and farm equipment.  NOTE: Phil was born & raised on this 4^th generation farm here on 8 Mile Rd. He milked a small herd of cows until 2015 along with the orchard operation. The past 7 years he concentrated on the orchard and now has decided to retire, rent out the farm and spend more time hunting & fishing. Phil’s tractors and farm equipment were purchased new, well maintained and housed indoors. Make plans to be just East of Fruit Ridge Ave. on Thursday morning April 20 at 10:00AM for the start of this very nice farm auction. Please be on time as there are not many small items.

 For your convenience we will have a loader tractor, lunch wagon, port-a-jons and wash up station and some off road parking.
