Selling the complete contents of a Gladstone/Milwaukie estate.  EVERYTHING must go this weekend.

Let me begin by saying that this estate sale has some fantastic pieces of Mid Century Modern (MCM) furniture that is going to require you to do your research/due diligence.  It is the best bedroom set and stereo that I've had at a sale in a long time.  The condition is fantastic/like new.  We are not giving this stuff away.  Our client is the original owner and is aware of the value.  Take a look at past auction records, eBay, 1st Dibs, Ruby  Lane, Chairish, etc. to see what this stuff sells for.  If you are a collector, these items are about 50% - 60% of the last sold prices.  If you are a reseller, there is money in it for you if you have a retail shop, do antique shows or want to send it to auction.  What I'm getting at is your negative or snide comments about pricing, criticism, pessimism, eye rolling, etc. is unnecessary and unwelcome.  DO YOUR RESEARCH.  Please remember the old adage "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all"!  We appreciate it.
