Auction Ending Date and Time: Wednesday, February 1 at 6:00pm. Lots Close at 6:00 P.M. CST. All lots are set to soft close. Auction Pick up: Thursday, -February 2 between 3:00pm-6:00pm Buyer's Premium: 7%. This is to be added to the winning bid amount. Buyer agrees to these provisions and will pay the applicable buyer's premium. Example: if an item is sold for $50.00 + 7% buyer's premium = Final bid price $53.50 Buyer will pay a 6.5% tax on top of winning bid amount. Payment: Winning bids will be paid by guaranteed funds within 24 hours of auction close. Cash or check only. Shipping: No shipping is offered on this auction. Pick up Only! Buyer shall be responsible at Buyers expense for the removal of all item(s) purchased from the auction site. It is the Buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are FINAL. Auctioneer, Sellers, and Service Providers are NOT responsible for lost or insufficient internet or telephone service that may limit the buyer's ability to participate in the auction of any item(s) in the auction.
