GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Warehouse 31, LLC, herein after referred to as The Auctioneer, reserves the right to add items to, or withdraw items from, the auction. The Auctioneer may announce changes, additional terms, or make deletions before ordering the close of the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. On lots upon which there is a reserve, The Auctioneer shall have the right to act as a proxy bidder.

A standard 18% BUYER'S PREMIUM will apply to each lot or item sold, unless otherwise specified. However, buyer's paying by cash will recieve a 3% DISCOUNT on their purchases (which would equate to 15% buyer's premium, unless otherwise specified.

SALES TAX will also be applied to each lot or item sold. If you are TAX EXEMPT, please bring your vaild certificate and a completed form for our records.

All items MUST be removed within the specified window of time. SHIPPING is avaiable on select items; please read details below.

CONDITIONS OF ITEMS FOR SALE.
Each item is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS," with no warranty expressed or implied. Any descriptions or representations are believed to be correct, but are still for identification purposes only, and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of THE BUYER to have inspected the merchandise thoroughly, to determine it's condition, value, authenticity, and use, and to bid based upon that judgement solely. No refund or compensation will be issued.

REMOVAL:
The security of purchases is the responsibility of The Buyer. Removals are at the expense, liability, and risk of The Buyer. All items must be removed within the time announced by The Auctioneer, and The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within that time period. If any item is not removed on behalf of The Buyer within the specified time for that sale, The Bidder is still responsible for paying the outstanding balance; said balance may be charged to The Bidder's credit card without notice. If The Bidder is late for the pickup of items, The Auctioneer reserves the right to charge storage or holding fees. Any items not removed within the time announced by The Auctioneer may also be considered abandoned, and resold without any notice.

Payment:
Settlement must be made in full, before departing the auction premises, by cash or by any major U.S. credit card. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE OUTSTANDING INVOICE BALANCE TO THE CREDIT CARD YOU REGISTERED WITH. Please refrain from bidding if you cannot commit to the posted pickup date and time.

Upon the sale of each lot, The Auctioneer announces the final sale price and the successful bidder's number. All question or disputes regarding The Bidder, lot identity, price, or quantity must be resolved immediately upon the sale of said items. No changes or adjustments will be made ar any later time.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available for most items, but not all. Please contact The Auctioneer regarding the shipment of any item greater than 12" BEFORE bidding. The Buyer is responsible for all postage charges and handling fees. Please inquire for further shipping information.

LIABILITY AND DISPUTE:
The Auctioneer is acting as The Agent for The Seller, and all representations made by The Auctioneer are made on behalf of The Seller. Articles purchased may not incorporate approved, activating mechanisms, operating safety devices, or safety guards as required by OSHA. It is The Bidder's responsibility to verify safety mechanisms, to safeguard all items, and to meet all legal requirements for that item. All persons attending the preparation, inspection, sale, or removal of merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person or property, and specifically release The Auctioneer from formal liability therefore.

The Buyer further agrees to idemnify The Auctioneer for all liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees incurred in connection with any such dispute, or in connection with any claim, litigation, controversy, dispute, or proceeding arising from any purchases of an article by The Buyer or from any subsequent sale of such article to any third party.

Bidders agree that in any dispute between The Seller and The Buyer, or between competing bidders, arising in connection with any sale at the auction, The Auctioneer shall have the right, but not the obligation to settle such dispute, and The Buyer shall abide by the decision of The Auctioneer.

The Auctioneer is not responsible for any third-party technological issues.
