We know you are anxious to begin bidding, however it is critical that you fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of this online only auction. By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Disclaimer: All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Braun and Helmer Auction Service and the seller does not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise.
Braun and Helmer Auction Service has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is your exclusive responsibility as a bidder to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Printed statements, descriptions and counts by Braun and Helmer Auction Service staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.

Buyer's Premium: A Buyers' Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot.

Payment: We accept Cash, Checks, or CC at Pickup. The Credit Card you used to register for the auction will NOT be charged. Cashiers, Personal or Company Checks made out to "Braun and Helmer Auction Service" or "Cash". No checks outside of the state of Michigan are accepted (unless approved). Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

Bidding Starts: 9AM on Thursday, February 2nd 2023 (Eastern Time)
Bidding Ends: 7PM on Thursday, February 9th 2023 (Eastern Time)

Auction Preview: There will be no preview for this auction.

Auction Pickup & Payment: Friday & Saturday February 10th & 11th from 9AM-2PM

Pickup Location: Ann Arbor MI. The address will be provided to all the winning bidders on the eventing of the auctions conclusion.

Pickup: All items must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and packing all items purchased without assistance from Braun and Helmer Auction Service.

Shipping arraignments can be made available for small items of limited quantity. Contact us for shipping information before bidding and the closing of the auction: mdonat94@gmail.com

**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Braun and Helmer Auction Service, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If your items are not picked up within 10 days Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to forfeit your items.

Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional minute. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.

Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Braun and Helmer Auction Service in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Braun and Helmer Auction Service. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, Braun and Helmer Auction Service is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Braun and Helmer Auction Service, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.

Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non-paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues.

Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

Bidder Information and Security: All registration information the bidder provides to Braun and Helmer Auction Service shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Braun and Helmer Auction Service if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
