And of course it wouldn’t be a Magnolia Gardens sale without our beautiful antiques and furniture and you can expect to see lots of them too.

The first person on our screen with the correct information is the winner of the item!

We posted a "How to" video to our Facebook page to get everyone familiar and comfortable on how to participate in our Facebook live auctions, we ask everyone to watch the video and then comment and sign with your initials to state that you understand our terms.

10% Buyers premium if paying cash on Sunday before 2pm

16% Buyers premium if paying credit card

Pick up is Sunday 10am-2pm and Monday 9:30am-5:30pm

We are reasonable about this and understand there may be a circumstance to take in account. We are also able to ship smaller items
