If you like to treasure pick and love unusual finds this is the sale for you!!! This estate sale is on the 2nd floor of a massive industrial building in the heart of Lawrence! You will find antiques, old signs, advertising pieces, Funeral parlor memorabilia, deer antlers, old American flags, early 1800”s sampler, art, scooter, industrial pieces, antique Optometrist chair, shelving, carts, weathervanes, vintage ride on race car, old lamps, vintage stage lighting, butcher blocks, salvaged wood, tins, coins, oil cans, cabinets, fantastic large pharmacy cabinet, whirly gigs, bottles, ephemera, collectibles, knick-knacks & tons of treasures waiting to be unburied!!! This is a must not miss event!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! PLEASE PARK IN THE LARGE LOT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR!!!! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
