This is a NO RESERVE auction, all goes regardless of price!

We accept Cash, Credit and Debit Cards (Checks only from established customers)

Note: A 15% buyer’s premium plus applicable City and State Taxes to the final purchase price. Buyers premium of 15% is added regardless of payment type cash/credit/debit customers. If you are tax exempt you MUST bring a completed Arizona Form 5000 plus a copy of your Arizona Resale License.

CAR and BIKE will be sold FIRST! PICTURES OF THE CAR AND MOTORCYCLE ARE AT THE VERY BOTTOM.
IF BIDDING ON THE CAR: I will take certified funds ONLY, you ALSO must have $1,000.00 cash down as soon as I say sold to hold the car. This keeps the people who just want to play out of the bidding.We will take the car down to a 3rd party MVD to make you register the car as soon as we have cleared payment.

Dealers: To be tax exempt, you must bring with you a copy of your ARIZONA RESALE LICENSE for us to keep on file, as well as complete and sign Arizona Form 5000. You must resale what you buy from my auctions to be tax exempt. We will check your license on site to make sure your license is STILL valid. Please keep this in mind.

We sell items 4 ways:
- Individually (Individual auction item sells to the highest bidder)
- High Bidders Choice (ie: The highest bidder gets to select which item he/she wants out of the group of items being auctioned, bidder can select 1 or more items at the sold price with each item being worth the sold price. $10 sold, 2 items $20, 3 items $30 and so on.)
-Times The Money (ie: Grouping of items being sold and bidder must take all items times the final sold price. Sold 10 coins for times the money at $20 each item, that's $200.00 total and you have to take them all)
-All One Money (Grouping of items sold all at one price to the highest bidder.)

Sealed Bids: Fidelity Estate Services does take phone / sealed bids from qualified buyers. There is a minimum bid of $500 for any items that will be required to be shipped. In addition to the bid the buyer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling costs. We will not ship any valuables without certified funds being received and cleared by our bank (Bank of America) for 10 days prior to shipping. If you are interested in leaving a sealed bid please contact us. We will need to gather your information as well as your starting and ending bid.
