The Magnolia Estate is being brought to you as an absolute auction. All contents of the estate are to be sold absolute. All contents are being sold "AS IS" with no warranties or guarentee's. Please direct any question to bigbarnauctioncompany@gmail.com. There will be 2 days for pick up. Saturday 2/25/23 & Sunday 2/26/23. Pick up times for this location will be from 9am to 3pm both days. There will be no other times for pick up. If you are unable to pick up at these times, please do not bid. Items not picked up durning the time period allowed or notified before pick up time starts to ship will be forfieted. The location were we are currently holding the items will have to be turned back over. Please bring you own help in loading your contents. Please bring your own packing material if you need for we will not be able to provide any for you. Shipping will be allowed for contents that will fit into a 18x18x18 box. No other items will be allowed for shipping. All shipping cost, transportation cost and packing material cost will be charged to the buyer. All invoices will be process on Friday 2/24/23 immediatly following the auction close. Any Credit Card declined will be issued a $15 processing fee. Please make sure you have the right Credit Card entered into the system or have contacted us with the proper information. All items will be charged tax.
