TAX EXEMPT customers ~ MUST have a copy (we will not take a picture or have forms there to fill out) to leave with us for our files. If you do not have a copy for us you WILL PAY SALES TAX.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone (so come HAPPY & KIND!) NO HUGE purses or your own shopping bags. We have shopping baskets for your use & we will pack your goods to go! Children are ALWAYS WELCOMED but MUST stay with parents at all times and parents ARE responsible for their children's behavior, any items broken or damaged by their children (or themselves). NO STROLLERS allowed inside sale. You will need to bring help to move & load heavy/large items for this sale. We will assist as much as possible during the sale. Home is wheelchair accessible and we will gladly assist you the best we can. We accept Cash, all Credit/Debit cards (NO CHECKS), PayPal, CashApp & Venmo All items are purchased as is - Please let us help you check the working condition of any electrical, etc. items before you purchase - NO RETURNS Sale is on Private Property, Collective Home is NOT responsible for any accidents. |

PRE-SALE SATURDAY SALE ! ! We're soooo busy staging & organizing this great, FULL home but we need to start moving items to get it all out (there's so much) so a PRE-SALE shopping day is TODAY, Saturday the 4th! Please note: We will be limiting the number of shoppers in at a time today. Please be patient, your wait shouldn't be too long. Full sale weekend will be Thursday the 9th- Saturday the 11th!
