Cash or good check with a current photo ID Anyone planning to spend more the $5000 need to have a bank letter of guarantee if not know by the auctioneer or auction staff. There will be a 5% buyers premium added to your purchase with a $250 cap. (Items $5000 and under will have 5% added to the hammer price - items over $5000 will have a flat fee of $250.) Items will be sold AS IS, NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES! Neither auction company nor property owners will be responsible for accidents. For removal: items will need to be removed by 5PM Sunday May 7th. Items left after Sunday will be charged $20 per item, per day made payable to Holly Gray Park unless prior arrangements have been made. Purchase needs to be paid in full before removal of items Announcements made day of the sale take precedence over and advertised statements! |
