This auction will be to begin phasing out of this location. All of the items are as described. The auction will run through March 30th, with pick-up the 31st and April 1st, from 9 am until 4 pm.
Due to some logistical problems and current shortage of staff, we have postponed the closing of the auction for one week. However, the underlayment and springs have come loose. There are some scratches to the cabinet (shown) but otherwise in good condition for a piece this age. The case is approx. 24"w x 14"d x 33"t 29 Upholstered armchair Lovely upholstered armchair in VG condition. The clean fabric cushions cover a wicker back in good condition. Both rolled arms include a pad for comfort. Minor wear to the wood finish. Overall dimensions are 30"w x 35"d x 38"t 30 Upholstered armchair and ottoman Beautiful armchair with matching ottoman, good condition. The fabric is clean and includes a throw pillow and padded arms, the wood finish has areas where a touch-up is needed. Dimensions are shown in photos 31 Upholstered armchair and ottoman Traditional upholstered armchair with matching cushion in VG condition. The chair features nail head trim as does the ottoman. 32 Wingback chair and ottoman Gently used wingback and ottoman. The back of the chair features a coat of arms with lions and flags.
