PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING All items are located in Grants Pass, Oregon, USA. All items are sold as-is, where-is. We will help arrange shipping at buyer's expense. Pick-up must be scheduled by appointment. There is NO RESERVE and a low starting bid. All items have been mechnically inspected and all known information is located in the item description. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium. All vehicles are sold with current title, except Norton and Tractor which are Bill-of-sale only PAYMENT TERMS - Cashier's Check within 72 hours of closing or Bank Wire. Cash accepted is picked up in perosn. NO CREDIT CARDS accepted for full payment. Your credit card on file will be charged a 10% deposit on closing and will be refunded after payment is recieved. If payment is not recieved with 3 business adys of closing the deposit will be forfieted. Ownership and Title do not transfer until full payment is recieved. |
