Listing Terms and Conditions
Bidding
1. By placing a bid you accept the terms of sale
2. Any lot may be withdrawn at any time
3. Lots are sold at one advance over the second highest bid
4. All lots are sold for the hammer price plus a 15% buyer's commission
5. All stamps sold with a certificate are sold as described on the certificate, extensions and returns will not be accepted.
6. We must be notified if a raw stamp is being sent out for certification within 15 days of auction close. Stamps that come back misidentified can be returned for a full refund.
7. Any stamp with a described fault is assumed faulty and cannot be returned for a certiicate with faults listed. If we list an uncertified stamp as faultless or sound, and it is returned with faults, returns will be accepted.

Payment
1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be shipped upon payment
2. Shipping will be by USPS or UPS at cost + $3.25 handling per package
3. Successful bidders agree to pay for their purchases. No credit is extended without prior
agreement and overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month interest after 30 days.
4. Virginia residents and in-person bidders must pay 6% state sales tax

Returns
1. Any lot described in error can be returned for a full refund if we are notified in writing via mail or email within 15 days of the auction.

The Third Auction will be at 6 PM on April 8th, and consist of the rest of the Towle listed cancels, M-Z This incredible collection is being listed with as many single covers as possible in order to make some of the less expensive covers available without having to buy a group lot, while allowing the rare and scarce covers their own spotlight. Bidding 1. By placing a bid you accept the terms of sale 2. Any lot may be withdrawn at any time 3. Lots are sold at one advance over the second highest bid 4. All lots are sold for the hammer price plus a 15% buyer's commission 5. All stamps sold with a certificate are sold as described on the certificate, extensions and returns will not be accepted. 6. We must be notified if a raw stamp is being sent out for certification within 15 days of auction close. Stamps that come back misidentified can be returned for a full refund. 7. Any stamp with a described fault is assumed faulty and cannot be returned for a certiicate with faults listed. If we list an uncertified stamp as faultless or sound, and it is returned with faults, returns will be accepted. Payment 1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be shipped upon payment 2. Shipping will be by USPS or UPS at cost + $3.25 handling per package 3. Successful bidders agree to pay for their purchases. No credit is extended without prior agreement and overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month interest after 30 days. 4. Bidding 1. By placing a bid you accept the terms of sale 2. Any lot may be withdrawn at any time 3. Lots are sold at one advance over the second highest bid 4. All lots are sold for the hammer price plus a 15% buyer's commission 5. All stamps sold with a certificate are sold as described on the certificate, extensions and returns will not be accepted. 6. We must be notified if a raw stamp is being sent out for certification within 15 days of auction close. Stamps that come back misidentified can be returned for a full refund. 7. Any stamp with a described fault is assumed faulty and cannot be returned for a certiicate with faults listed. If we list an uncertified stamp as faultless or sound, and it is returned with faults, returns will be accepted. Payment 1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be shipped upon payment 2. Shipping will be by USPS or UPS at cost + $3.25 handling per package 3. Successful bidders agree to pay for their purchases. No credit is extended without prior agreement and overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month interest after 30 days. 4. Virginia residents and in-person bidders must pay 6% state sales tax Returns 1.
