Shipping Policy:
At our company, we take pride in ensuring that your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. We offer shipping services to customers within the United States and globally. Please note that we do not offer local pick up at this time. Handling and Shipping Charges: We fully insure each item to ensure that it arrives at your doorstep in the same condition as when it left our facility. For this reason, we charge a flat rate of $15.99 for handling and shipping per item won in the United States and $39.99 for any item shipped globally. This fee covers the cost of packaging materials, shipping supplies, and labor required to pack and ship your order. Shipping Method and Delivery Time: We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your order to you. Depending on your location and the shipping carrier used, delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and handling, in addition to the estimated delivery time provided by the shipping carrier. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
