Any item left behind after the specific date or dates will be considered abandonded and will be forfeited, unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements have been made prior. Michael P. Weaver Auctioneers will not provide shipping services, also auctioneer does not provide loading services during pickup. Buyers should make sure that they have help to load, and equipment to move heavy items [such as hand trucks, carts ect]. Auctioneer can obtain local UPS shipping center phone numbers for buyers. There will be an auction preview at the JJ Stamm Auction Hall located at 8265 State Route 405, Milton PA 17847 on Saturday March 18th from 10:00am - 12:00 Noon. Auction will start to soft close on Wednesday March 22nd starting at 7:00pm. Item Pick up will be on Thursday March 23rd from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the JJ Stamm Auction Hall. There is no shipping and all items need to be paid for at the time of pick up. Items must be paid for by cash or Good PA Check. 6% Pa Sales Tax and 10% Buyers Premium will be charged.
