When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file you registered with. One for the item, the other for Shipping when it is packed & ready to ship. Latimer Auction charges $5.00 per pkg. Shipped, plus the USPS Cost .

Latimer Auction does not test or guarantee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Wed. Mar. 20th1:00 till 6:00pm, If you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time. Shipping is available on smaller items only, no framed picture frames w/ glass!
Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, or have shipping arrangements made, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup time and a special trip to the Auction House is required , a $25 Cash Fee will be charged!

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
