Auction Terms & Conditions

1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 7:00PM on Monday March 27th, 2023.
Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page.

2. PREVIEW will be Sunday, March 27th, 2023 12:00PM-1:00PM.
It is the duty of the bidder to do their due diligence and inspect the items they plan to bid on. Our staff describes and picture all goods and real property as accurately as possible. However it is the duty of the bidder to ensure the item is to his or her standards.

3. Pick Up/Removal: Tuesday, March 28th, 2023 From 3:00PM-8:00PM
Onsite
ALL GOODS must be picked up on the specified date.
It Is the Buyer's responsibility to bring ANY HELP, boxes and packing materials you may need to remove your items(Our staff is busy checking in and assisting buyers & are not responsible for loading items). If Buyer do not pick up your items on the specified date, the bidder is still required to make payment in full and the credit card on file will still be charged.

4. All goods are offered AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All sales are final No refunds & No returns.

5. All Bidders must be at least 18 years of age register with a valid credit card and accurate & up to date information.

6. It is the bidders duty to inspect all items before bidding. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions however human error can sometimes occur. So if you are a potential buyer, please attend the preview to be sure the items are to your liking and standards.

7. NOTICE: Silver Key Auction Solutions will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times.
8. Silver Key Auction Solutions works on behalf of the seller and reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our discretion.

9. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium.. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. .

10A.- Buyer will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at the closing of the auction and credit cards will be charged at that time. Unless bidder calls at least 24 hours in advance and requests to make cash payment in the event they are the successful buyer and it is agreed upon with our staff.

10B.- Credit cards and cash are accepted. Credit cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. An additional 4% fee will be charged to all credit card users. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the Bidder will forfeit item/s and the credit card on file will still be charged.

11. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.

12. Local Pick Up Only. Shipping is not offered by Silver Key Auctions Solutions. - For questions about shipping email Laura: lmsvonavec@gmail.com. Flat Rate Shipping is only available if previous arrangements have been agreed upon by Silver Key Auction Solutions at least 24 hours in advance. All successful buyers must be present to pick up their on the posted pick up/removal date and time or risk forfeiting their items.

13. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions.

14. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted. In the case of a chargeback, Buyer will assume all fees and reimbursement to silver key auction solutions for any time and costs associated with the chargeback.

15. After Bidder successfully registers for this auction, the Bidder acknowledges and agrees that his/her email address will be added to Silver Key Auction Solution's email list. This will be used to keep the Bidder informed about upcoming events.
