We are all in this together, We all need to stay safe so at our sales we ask that if you are having cold symptoms or not feeling your best you would want to wear a Mask and only touch what you want to buy, Safety First--- Parking: Please do not block mailboxes, driveways, Garbage cans, Be careful Grass areas could be wet and soft. Sign up will be out side 1 hour prior to the sale start time to get in the door first, we ask that you be patient and have fun shopping Please Bring help to move any heavy items Cash and Credit Cards Accepted( 3% Convenience Fee Applies) We are required to charge sales tax in the State of Wisconsin on all Estate Sales unless you are a business and you provide a sales tax exempt number "Bid Box" are for items over $100.00 You can Buy it Now at the " Price listed" then you know you have it or place a bid for over 1/2 price. We will be calling if you beat best price and tomorrow's price. Highest Bid gets it! Will have to provide a Credit Card to us over the phone to Secure the item.
