Listing Terms and Conditions
1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, exchanges, or warranties.
2) Preview will be Friday March 24th from 9am-11am at the Museum.
3) shipping available on items that fit in a flat rate box in house. $10 packaging fee. Shipping is slow and often will take a week to ship items. Please be patient with shipping requests.
4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time there is no other pick up time.
5) Pick ups will be at The Museum in Lancaster on Thursday March 30th from 10am-3pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day.
6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends.
7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt.
8) Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns

10) Items not Picked up or arrangements made will be deemed abandoned.
