To get there, enter thru the employee door next to the outdoor break area. Most of the facility is at ground level multiple overhead doors easy removal. A limited number of items are upstairs which we have indicated in the lot descriptions. A forklifts and driver is available for assisting with loading. Please plan to bring items needed for removal of your items (tools, ladders, carts, pallets). Fans and other items can be removed by our staff with one day advance notice for a $20 fee per lot will be charged if customers want us to take down any fans. Condition of items: the facility cut aluminum extrusions in their operations. Some items from the production floor are coated in metal shavings. We strongly suggest you wear long sleeves, gloves and safety glasses.
