Any item left behind after the specific date or dates will be considered abandonded and will be forfeited, unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements have been made prior. After a bidder has won the bid with his/ her high bid, they have become the new owners of the item. Michael P. Weaver Auctioneers will not provide shipping services, also auctioneer does not provide loading services during pickup. Buyers should make sure that they have help to load, and equipment to move heavy items [such as hand trucks, carts ect]. Auctioneer can obtain local UPS shipping center phone numbers for buyers. WINNING BIDDERS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR PICKUP AT APPOINTED TIMES.

There will be a preview of items on Friday March 24th from 3:00pm-5:00pm at the JJ Stamm Auction Hall Located at 8265 State Route 405, Milton Pa 17847. Auction will start to soft close on Wednesday March 29th starting at 7:00pm. Item pick up will be on will be on Friday March 31st from 5:00pm-6:30pm at the JJ Stamm Auction Hall Located at 8265 State Route 405, Milton Pa 17847. There will be no shipping of items. All items must be picked up in person and paid for in the form of cash or check.
