Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC or anyone else if the service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids. Bidders should not wait until the last minute to bid, in case there is an error with the bidding service. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items as they deem necessary, and reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

A 3% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases paid via credit card. Failure to pay Seller AND/OR Buyers Premium may yield a permanent ban from all future auctions until said debt is paid. Bidders may pay Cash and Michigan Check (Michigan Residents Only. - payable to Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC.) and avoid the 3% Buyers Premium. The Buyers Premium Fee will not be reinstated or reimbursed after the Credit Card Transaction has been made for any reason. Buyers paying with Cash or Michigan Residents paying with check must pay within 5-days after the auction closes. All items MUST be removed in time stated or agreed with the seller or they may be forfeit without refund. Copy of PAID receipt is required to pick up items. NO items are to be removed until full settlement is made. Picture ID required at time of pickup for ALL purchases for confirmation. Local Pickup Only, any shipping arrangements are the buyer's responsibility and are to be coordinated with the seller.

It is the Buyers responsibility to contact the Seller for pick up. Bidders and Sellers agree not to engage in activities to intentionally avoid paying Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC their fees.

The Bidder agrees that any disputes requiring court action will be resolved at the Shiawassee Court in Corunna MI.
