Standard pick-up times: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:00pm - 3:00pm. (Holidays/Weather may affect these hours) You're allotted 3 business days to pick up items from auction close date. We are limited on space at our facilty, If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame please contact us at 785-600-0004 to make other arrangements. Items will be returned back to auction after 5 Calendar days from close date. ***IMPORTANT*** When picking up at our location: -please schedule a time within the pickup days needed for pick up -Bring your printed invoice (or) have your bidder ID and auction close date ready. -If your item is large, more than 100 lbs please bring additional help to load 1. If you are unable to pick up on time, please make other arrangements with us at (785) 600-0004 Warehouse phone will be answered Monday-Saturday 10-3. We are too small of a warehouse to hold items for more than 3 days. 2. Stock Photos- The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. We try our best of notating quality of items and if they see any damage. If product looks different than stock photo please go off of product seen in photos. We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but we are human and mistakes may happen. 3. Damaged Items- We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. Please view items marked open box/damage during inspection times. We may not document/see all damage to item. 4. Your card on File will be charged the morning after auction closes between 8-10AM. If you are tax exempt call and notify us before 9AM the following day after the auction has ended. An email or hand delivered tax exempt form is required your first purchase from us. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following: Does not appear to have been pre-owned Item is complete enough to run / work as needed Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken.
