This Cave Creek Estate Sale is happening in the gated community of Colina Del Norte right off Cave Creek Rd and Rancho Paloma - and what a beautiful, vintage, and eclectic sale this is!!! The home is being sold and so everything must go! The household features multiple pieces of antique furniture - such as German style late 1800s/early 1900s dining hutch, a small sideboard, 2 antique clocks - this being one grandfather clock and one mantel large clock, an antique wash station among other vintage and antique pieces. You will also be able to find some antique porcelain pieces, as well an exquisite Rosenthal Versace large porcelain vase. 

This house will also have multiple beautiful  different size bedroom sets for sale, including King extraordinary Heavy Mahogany Bed including Headboard, footbaord and frame bed in the Master, with very grand matching nightstands, hand made luxurious Ironwood wardrobe armoire which is oversized and absolutely delightful! There are some Bronze, brass and other vintage but also contemporary lamps here, and most importantly - the Master Bedroom is where you'll be able to find a great collection of the original and vintage Barbie dolls, Midge, Ken dolls, and plenty of the original midcentury and 1960s-1970s Barbie/Mattel tagged doll clothes and outfits. The guest bedrooms present different style bedroom sets, both in Queen size, with matching nightstands, armoires, chest of drawers, and a dresser with mirror. 

The kitchen is definitely an amazing spot to find some great collectibles as well! We'll have a wall hanging vintage, if not antique European style small 2 door cabinet/hutch with drawers, a gorgeous round kitchen table with 4 solid chairs, all in great condition. There are 2 wrought iron padded bar chairs, a Kenwood standing mixer, a large vintage enamel+cast iron Le Creuset lasagna pan, a collection of kitchen Cusinart pots, Pier 1 dishes, colectible vintage Corning ware, a Cusinart coffee maker with multiple extra pitchers, a Clay Art hand painted dish set with Southwestern theme, gold trimmed Bombay glasses - hand made in Poland, Native American Sand Art, vintage ice cream freezer, a rotating spice rack, brand new Oster waffle maker, Pfaltzgraff white and bluee vintage dish set, vintage silverware and flatware, and even a vintage dog Lladro figure is present here too! The living room presents an oversized cloth sectional, which will definitely be priced to sell. It also holds a great selection of electronics from multiple Bose speakers, to Bose subwoofer, to Technics vintage vinyl player, Technics receiver, Technics cassette deck, cd player and changer, to LG 50" smart Tv and different wireless speakers. This is also a perfect spot to present this home's outstanding vinyl record collection - plenty of rock, rock and roll, country western, some soundtrack, classical and jazz music too... Outside of vinyl records we have plenty of cds and dvds too - and of course Disney VHS and even audio cassettes with 1970s rock... 

The key pieces of the estate sale can definitely be found in the garage out of all rooms, as we present tables and cabinets full - and we mean- absolutely full of Mac tools and Snap on tools, some vintage and some more recent, plus multiple tool chests/work benches by Mac Tools.... There's some Craftsman, Husky and Black & Decker too, but majority of hand tools and power tools are Snap-On and Mac - all USA made! We will also have a ladder, Ridgid shop vac in like new condition, tons of Christmas, Halloween and Easter decor (just in time for late decorating!), plenty of cleaning supplies, grilling tools, among other items.

The office has multiple sets of golf clubs and different golf club cases, sets of golf balls, golf and sport accessories, collectibles, etc. Here we'll have a Sony Video 8 Handycam with bag, charger, and extras, as well as Minolta range viewer with case, binoculars, Dell monitors, Under Armour backpacks, Samsonite luggage, golf travel cases, books, office suppliee and more!
