Auction Terms & Conditions

A valid credit card will be required to register for our auctions. To protect the integrity of the auction for everyone, you will need to submit a valid credit card.

For this auction, your card on file will be charged immediately after the auction closes.

If your payment is declined for any reason, your invoice may be subject to a declined card fee.

Pick up must be made on the provided pick up days to avoid storage fees. We are not a storage facility, please pick up your items promptly.

Please note: By registering and bidding, you are agreeing that you fully intend to pay for and pick up any items/lots you win on the provided pick-up days and times. Serious bidders only please.

- You will be charged a 15% Buyers Fee on your winning bids.
- Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all in-state invoices unless a valid Resale Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office.

Descriptions are provided by the seller. It is the bidder's responsibility to judge accuracy or genuineness of any item descriptions and bid accordingly. Stock photos provided for example.

Lots will begin closing at the stated closing time and will close at a rate of one every 10 seconds.

This auction features an auto bid extend. Auction end times: Michigan Trading Co. LLC online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Michigan Trading Co. LLC online auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.

Michigan Trading Co. LLC does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed true, inspections are encouraged during our preview day. If no preview is available the bidder agrees to bid accordingly.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Michigan Trading Co. LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Buyer's premium of 15% will be charged.
* Michigan 6% sales tax will apply to purchases.
* In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, Michigan Trading Co. LLC reserves the right to pause, cancel, extend and/or reopen the auction.

The bidder contract entered into between the bidder who name is registered to this account and Michigan Trading Co. LLC. Bidder and auctioneers agree that the terms listed below shall govern this auction.
1. Full payment shall be made before any items leave the premises.
2. Terms of auction: Unless auction is announced as absolute the auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneers/auction firm further has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer, the seller, or on their own behalf. Auctioneer/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from the auction. Payment for purchases must be made according to terms of each particular auction. A Buyers fee will be added to bid price to arrive at the sale price. Bidder agrees not to pursue chargebacks on any credit card payments.
3. NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items in this auction are believed to be correct. Never the less, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner, its Officers, Agents or Employees of auctions concerning any item shall be constructed as a warranty, either express or implied. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS. I, the buyer, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is.
4. SETTLEMENT: Must be made at the conclusion of the auction pick-up times. Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Owner and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for a period of time following the auction. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises will be announced by Auctioneer.
5. RESALE: Auctioneers reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full on auction day. The Buyer shall be responsible to Auctioneers for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale.
6. INJURY & DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. Bidder agrees to consume any food products purchased at their own risk and to hold auction company harmless whether food products are past date or inside the marked date.
7. By signing up for this auction you give Michigan Trading Co. LLC permission to add your name to their mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

PLEASE REVIEW ALL INFO BELOW BEFORE BIDDING: Auction items including undeliverables, open box or customer returns or personal property are sold AS-IS. Please view the provided photos and descriptions and bid accordingly. Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Items are untested unless otherwise noted in the description. NEW PICK UP POLICY: Please pick up your auction items on either Friday or Saturday immediately after the auction ends. We can no longer spare the warehouse space necessary to store your auction items for multiple weeks. We are not a storage facility. PLEASE NOTE: Starting in March 2023, we will begin charging storage fees for items that are not picked up on the first Friday/Saturday after auction end. Starting in January 2023 items not picked up by Friday or Saturday immediately after each sale will be subject to a storage fee or will be resold with no refund given. This is an auction, not a lay-away program or storage facility. That's the deal with any auction- we sell it to you regardless of price but you have to pick it up promptly. If you cannot pick your items up promptly on Fri or Sat after the auction ends, please refrain from bidding that week. We appreciate your business and thanks for your cooperation! We're open for auction pick up Friday 11-5 and Saturday 11-3 after each auction closes. Your card on file will be charged immediately after the sale ends and pick up can be made Friday 11-5 or Saturday 11-3 following the auction's close. - After the auction closes, you'll receive an email and a text message that will ask you to select local pick up or shipping for your auction purchases. - Be sure to bring your own boxes and paper if you purchase fragile items. - We'll be open Friday 11-5 and Saturday 11-3 ONLY for pick ups and preview each week and we'll be closed to the public Monday-Thursday. - Please pick up your auction items on either Friday or Saturday immediately after the auction ends. We can no longer spare the warehouse space to store your auction items for multiple weeks. Thanks for your cooperation! - Starting in January 2023 all items MUST be removed on the FIRST Friday or Saturday after each auction. If your items are not removed by the Saturday following the auction, a $5 per lot storage fee will be charged or items may be considered abandoned and resold. - In order to continue offering good deals at auction we need to have items removed promptly after each sale. NOTE: Our shipping costs have gone up- we can no longer ship items at rock bottom prices due to rising costs of labor, boxes, bubble wrap, paper, tape, labels, etc. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN BIDDING: Larger items and orders with many items or shipments going to the west coast or southwest US may be expensve to ship. This is the buyer's burden, not ours. -- Shipping is available for an additional charge. If it fits in a standard sized box, it ships! -- TO REQUEST SHIPPING: Please reply to the email or text message you'll receive and select the "Shipping" option. -- Your invoice balance will be charged to your card on file after the auction closes and a second charge for shipping will be charged when we ship out the following week. -- After your items ship out you'll receive an emailed receipt with package tracking info. -- SHIPPING COSTS: We charge an hourly labor rate for packing your shipment, cost of packing materials plus actual postage cost. -- We will combine items into a single box if possible. -- We do not ship large items in-house, so you'll need to arrange your own shipping service for oversized items. Please ask before bidding. -- Postage cost is determined by package weight, size and distance from us to you.
