This gentleman was an illustrator whose works appeared often in Popular Mechanics magazine. We have a number of his original pieces, which he saved with the magazine pages on which they appeared. Some art supplies remain. Foyer: Two small tables with matching mirrors. Packed shelves full of interesting books and art objects. Living room: Furniture is American 1990s style. Small corner sectional, square coffee table, three-piece wall unit, large desk, shelving, file cabinet. Wall unit contains Lladro collection, crystal, Lenox and other small collectibles. There is Christmas and everyday china. Dining room: Beige lacquer table with six chairs, console table, artwork. Kitchen: Small kitchen appliances, pots and pans, storage items, knife set. Bedroom: Gentleman's clothes including dress shirts, suits, pants, sweaters, casual clothes, shoes and hats. Luggage. Adjustable twin bed. Nightstands and matching dresser and armoire in light colored lacquer. Small sewing machine. Other items include holiday decorations and a small amount of tools.
