Brooke invites you for another 2-for-1 sale extravaganza! We bring to you 2 very nice sales in one weekend, in one community (the upscale 55+ gated community of Four Seasons), so grab a friend and get ready to do some sale-hopping!

At our sale at 1 Greenways Lane, being held Friday 4/14 9a-3p, Saturday 4/15 9a-3p, and Sunday 4/16 11a-3p, we will be offering a wonderful array of Finer  Things 😊, including beautiful original signed artwork and prints, fine dinnerware set - service for 12+ extras (and everyday partial sets as well), multiple plated flatware sets, sterling flatware and other larger sterling pieces (candlesticks, pedestal bowls, etc).

Also available will be Jewish holiday & religious items, original signed artwork & other items brought over from Israel, higher-end clothing, shoes, accessories & handbags (women's clothing size Small/XS/Petite 4D, and men's size Large), fine crystal stemware (2 sizes & patterns but same maker's mark), kitchenwares, cookware, small kitchen appliances, MCM "smalls", garage items, and furnishings!

Available furnishings will include an attractive cast-metal (heavy!) glass-top kitchen table & 4-chairs set, an outdoor metal tile-top table & 4-chairs patio set, a vintage wrought iron outdoor set (2-seat bench & 2 end tables) painted white & in good condition, just needs a small paint touch-up (and there are  concrete & pottery planters available too), a sectional sofa, a retro swivel bucket-style club chair, an electric incliner-recliner sofa & loveseat set, multiple living room tables, a cool retro queen-size bedroom set (includes a platform bed unit w/ 2 attached nightstands, and an all-in-1 dresser/mirror wall unit (armoire, low dresser, mirror & light-up overhead bar), 2 sleeper-sofas (one an over-sized chair w/ ottoman that folds out into twin-sized bed, the other a standard 3-seater sofa bed), an executive office desk, 2 bar chairs, a lovely foyer table, and more...
