There are NO PRE-SALES for this sale. NOTE: House is located in the area of Glen Oaks Rd. & De Portola in Wine Country. Roads are paved but in poor condition. Beware of pot holes! Parking will be across the street in a vacant lot. There is NO PARKING on the Street or inside the gate.
