Happy, happy April to everybody !  This week’s sale is a great one. Beautiful home on the lovely San Bernard River. No garage, or tools, sorry guys, we’ve got some sales coming up for y’all. This week’s sale is one to tickle the fancy of anyone who loves mid-century furniture and furnishings, truly stunning crystal, and more.

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, April 21-22, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The address is 20326 County Road 510B, in Holiday Shores, outside of Brazoria, off FM 521. If you turn across from Reifel’s Feed Store,(they have a great selection of plants, gardening items, and small livestock), onto County Road 520, (we’ll have our signs out), then, left onto 510. You’ll go about a mile, then take a right onto 510A. It’ll “t” into 510B, and the house will be on your right. Driveway parking is awful, please park along the street. Don’t block driveways, or the street. 

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names in around 8:45. 

Please forgive all of the sawdust, the house is being renovated by the homeowners.
