2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility.
3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility.
4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable.
5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid.

6. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card.
7. You have to pay the 15% buyers premium or 10% for cash as well as sales tax where applicable.

This auction is for a large amount of high end model cars from Danbury Mint, Franklin Mint, Amt ,Lindberg, Monogram, Hubley, and many others. There is also a large number of trains, O scale, Ho scale, N scale. There is a large number of Lionel items some are vintage, American flyer and Marx. There will be some vintage slot cars and other toys mostly 70s and 80s. The colleection of vintage automobile literature ranges from the 1920s thru 2000. These are a lot of dealer sales brochures, press brochures for concept cars, car brands that no longer exist like Tucker, Cord, Aubrun, Pierce Arrow and more. Some of these are very rare and some I could not find anywhere online. the owner bought out peoples collections and had been collecting since the 50s. Some of the collections he bought he bought in the 1950s. There are muscle cars, stationwagons, luxury cars, family cars and more. I have so far removed over 3000 pounds of paperwork from this gentlemans house.
