Listing Information

Thursday August 13th from 9am-4pm
we invite you back over to Rancho to shop from a lovely ladies home at
2612 Don Juan Drive Rancho Cordova 95670
The sale will offer fair pricing 9am-12noon
Half price 12noon-3pm
Boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm
Free and donation will be given at 4pm on Thursday from the driveway and garage.
This sale is dotted with early oak antiques, primitives, glassware, china, crystal, silver, artwork and plenty of mid-century modern items.
Here is a short bio shared with us by the family. Enjoy!

My parents, Russ and Edna, moved here with their three kids in 1969, after my Dad retired from the Air Force.  They were the original owners of the house.  The contents have been collected over the years by my parents, both from their days in the Air Force and also from their  post-retirement travels around the country with their trailer. My dad spent time in Europe in WWII, as a bombardier on B24, and also had tours in Thailand and Guam during the Vietnam War.  Many of the items came from those countries;  it was always “Christmas” when my dad returned home with a duffel bag full of treasures.  Some of the antiques were bought in South Dakota and Indiana- my parents loved to go to estate sales and it is fitting that their treasures are now being offered up in their own estate sale.
Our family spent a lot of time in the outdoors;  camping and fishing.  If you notice the rock work in the back yard, all of those stones were collected by us during trips to the rivers and lakes around here.  My dad fashioned them into walkways and a fish pond;  he was happiest when he was making things.
We had many a family party in this back yard and lots of family dinners in my mom’s “Danish Modern” dining room.
Lovingly penned by Janet Duffy

Whatever you are jonesing for; these two sales should have just the sampling to please your taste.
We wanted to thank all of you who helped us to empty the contents of our sales last week.
We thank you for your patronage and also the read.
