The sale we have prepared for you this weekend is happening in the heart of Ahwatukee in a gorgeous, close to 2 million dollar property that is absolutely breath taking! We will have some exquisite pieces of furniture for sale here, including custom hacienda pieces, farmstyle contemporary furniture, solid wood turquoise inlaid end tables, original art, original hand painted wood religious art, accents and decor, such as Milagros cross pieces and numerous different "Lady of Guadalupe", Saint Anthony, Saint Christopher, St. Francis, Madonna, Saint Joseph, Jesus on the cross and Virgin Mary art pieces... This home truly is astounding just as you walk in with the amazing amount of southwestern and hacienda style furniture, decor and collectibles. The custom round dining table is about 6 ft in diameter, made out of two solid pieces of wood and carefully finished. It is surrounded by custom solid wood and leather chairs and custom leather curved sofas on wheels. The custom furniture continues onto the living room, where you can see the two opposite each other brown leather sofas, finished with fabric top-layer seat and cushions. We have a very beautiful solid dark wood 72 inch long sofa table that goes directly behind one of them - this is also custom and solid wood piece, that is truly exquisite and will be available for sale too. This is also where you can find so-one-of-a-kind solid wood, distinguish and heavy rare turquoise inlaid end tables. The end tables will present the most sophisticated nude pieces of Lladro we've ever encountered - retired, measuring slightly above 2 ft tall, named Venus and Serenity... There will be some smaller pieces of lladro for sale as well on the bar. The bar will also have a great selection of Waterford crystal, such as limited 2005 edition WS Waterford oversized martini glasses, brandy snifters, and two different size of white wine Waterford glasses (each set of 4). There is a pair of Tiffany & Co. candleholders on the bar as well, and some other interesting and dashing items, including original and signed art pieces below glass bar cabinets. The patio is a small oasis, where you will be able to check out, try out and hopefully purchase the exclusive Cast Classics wicker patio set, consisting of two oversized chairs, ottoman/coffee table, and a large wicker sofa - they are all in great-like new condition, and so are the cushions... Patio also has a small bistro cast metal table with chair, as well as another charming furniture patio set - with Travertine top large round table and set of 4 chairs, out of which two swivel - again all like new! We will have some selection of patio decor available for sale too, as well as heavy iron wood stand with some wood on it, and extra wood will be up for sale as well. The kitchen presents a great amount of amazing items, such as Vitamix Professional kitchen blender, rare Pyrex pieces, extremely unique and rare Fitz and floyd cookie jar, as well as selection of dish sets from Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Le Creuset fondue pot, and another Le Creuset griddle pan, Sur La Table kitchen accessories, Kitchenaid brand new pasta maker, custom hand painted "lazy susan" - done by a Mexican artist, as well as another custom lazy susan (wood), Cusinart electric juicer, a number of US made vintage Pewter collectibles (cream and sugar set, multiple platters), superior linens from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and Pier 1 and so much more! The workout room has a great selection of work out machines, such as a professional Commercial 2950 model Nordictrack treadmill, with little miles on it, as well as True Stationary Bike, in amazing condition as well. The same room will present many sports memoriabilia, mostly baseball and basketball - such as World Series 2001 art with multiple players pictures, limited edition - signed and numbered, signed baseballs, bobble heads, set of 3 commemorative baseballs in a showcase box etc. Most of the items were purchased or commemorate season 2001, when Arizona Diamondbacks became World Series champions! If you're a Diamondback fan - this is a must visit sale for you! The master bedroom also presents more custom furniture - such as King size custom iron bed frame in showroom condition again - a great selection of Brighton and other designer belts, some handbags, desinger shoes, Brighton, Kendra Scott and other costume jewelry (we will also have some sterling silver and 14k gold jewelry available for sale by the register in a locked case), exclusive luggage, including a travel hard case for wine (it is a suitcase with inserts specially designed to fit 6 wine bottles). There are some water hydration backpacks, Tumi travel pieces, camping gear and clothing available for sale here too. The master also presents a heavy solid wood console, and side dresser. Right outside of the master is also where you may find a closet filled with leather jackets, as well as sport coats - many by vintage makers. To the right of the said closet is a solid table with extended bar - which holds a great selection of collectible European soccer team scarfs - most of them from the 90s, some from early 2000s. If you enjoy watching teams such as Manchester United, FC Barcelona or Bayern Monachium - come on by and get your scarf - there are many to choose from! We could truly talk about the art, furniture, accents and collectibles available in this home for hours - it is an exquisite beautiful property - and the items here were mostly purchased in New Mexico galleries, at art shows, directly from artists and in Mexico or imported from art galleries in Mexico, Brazil and Peru.
