Frest Start Estate Sale is back in Fountain Hills this weekend! We're starting early on Thursday, and will be here for 3 days, as this sale is truly exquisite with so many pieces to sell, we want everyone to have opportunity to stop by! Starting with the most gorgeous Yamaha baby grand piano we'll have for sale here... Please know that all of the pianos we sell can be play tested and pre-sold if full price offer is made before the sale, unlike other items, in order to coordinate specific mover/pick up availability. The living room, where the piano is located has plenty of other beautiful items as well - such as two different original sculptures by J. Wyatt. We'll have some art for sale here too - original posters, signed prints, tons - and we mean tons of Waterford crystal glassware in different designs, as well as other crystal by Atlantis and Mikasa, and other companies, some heavy lead crystal decanters and bowls, among other items. Many decorative pieces are by Design Toscano, Z Galleries or Ethan Allen Home and are truly breath taking. We will also have a custom fabric sectional sofa for sale here, along with Ethan Allen vintage chairs, couple of brand new rugs, including a shaggy rug, bohemian 22k decorated glasses, a vintage bar cabinet, and vintage Ralph Lauren Polo glasses and retired Pier 1 and Z Gallery glasses as well.

The kitchen is absolutely packed as well, and perhaps we should start with the breath-taking dining table, that is in immaculate condition, walnut, inlaid wood - with brand new Z Gallerie fabric studded benches on each side. The benches were covered since purchase, and they look as if they belong on the showroom floor in a furniture gallery. We also have a great condition, high quality iron baker's rack, plenty of Neiman Marcus plates, dishes, and sets, small kitchen appliances, electric portable fireplace, portable kitchen island on wheels, tons of heavy duty pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, multiple flatware sets - mostly stainless steel by Wallace, Oneida  and WB Rogers. There are tons of baking pans by Wilton and other companies, Soda stream  maker with refills, solid wood tea box, among hundreds of other items, including plenty of decorative pieces too. 

The patio in this gorgeous property is probably one of the largest we have ever presented in Fountain Hills! We have two enormouse levels - a wrap around second floor patio with 3 different patio sets, multiple cast benches, outdoor indoor rugs, large planters, shelving, gardening supplies, new Aero Gardens, tons of Sunbrella cushions and pillows  - and more! While the lower level presents a cabana, along with 4 other patio sets, including a wicker and metal set, in great condition, umbrellas, mutliple benches, chairs, plants and planters, metal art patio decor, concrete and cast statues, pedestals, grilling accessories, tools, auto-moto supplies, among other items. 

Please note that many of the furniture pieces in this household are in exquisite condition, of high quality, and made by companies such as Hooker Furniture, Michael Amini Jane Seymour Collection, Ethan Allen, Z Gallerie or Ladlow's (plus custom pieces of course). The master bedroom specifically will show the alluring dressers and chests of drawers in contemporary white and off white colors mostly, the vintage roll top desk, the corner desk/hutch, the custom walnut hampers, the Z Gallerie great condition bed with mirror headboard, while Guest bedroom downstairs presents two like new twin beds with leather-like headboards, along with chest of drawers, mirrors, acent chairs, and even a custom small dog-bed in brand new condition!

The closets are the heart of this home... Brand new Ralph Lauren clothing with tags, and we're talking about designs from 1995 until now, but again, new with tags, are all here. We also have Christian Dior pantsuit, multiple vintage Tommy Hilfiger pieces, Tahari suits, Tahari jackets, tons of Free People Clothing brand new with tags, PM Richards evening wear, Joseph Aboud evening wear, Calvin Klein and Alfani, Bali wear, leather jackets, tweed and wool jackets by Ralph Lauren and others, brand new dress shirts, but it doesn't stop there. We will be selling Onkyo receiver, Yamaha stereo electronics, multiple universal remotes, Apple Tv consoles, in the same room that will show some great selection of vintage 90's posters and art. We have vintage bicycle and sport posters, including Andre Agassi vintage original poster.
