How to pay for your purchases : An invoice will be sent, via email, to all sucessful bidders at auction's end. The invoice will contain a link to pay for your purchases. All invoices that remain unpaid after 3 days will be charged automatically to the credit card that was used upon registration.

Items that need to be shipped : The UPS Store in Skaneateles, NY will handle the shipping of items from this sale (no single object over 150 lbs and over 108 inches long). It is helpful if you let Estate Consultants know by return email, after paying your invoice, that your item(s) require shipping. Representitives from The UPS Store will retreive your item(s) from the location (normally on the Wednesday following the auction). They will have your contact information and contact you regarding final delivery arrangements. You will pay The UPS Store seperatly for their services. If you require another shipping service Estate Consultants will work with the service of your choice.

Purchaser agrees the items sold in this auction are sold AS IS and WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Buyers are urged to inspect goods before bidding. Each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the auctioneer declares the item sold. All sales are final. All purchases must be paid for today, regardless of when they are removed unless arrangements are made with Estate Consultants. Those who claim tax exempt, certify that the number provided is valid and on file.
TAKE NOTE : All auction sales are final. Although Estate Consultants endeavor to inform bidders regarding all aspects of the items we sell it is incumbent upon the bidder to ascertain, to their satisfaction, the authenticity, condition, shipping / transportation costs or any other factors that may influence their bid BEFORE bidding . By bidding you are agreeing to the terms of this auction. Your bid is to be considered a binding legal agreement. All payment for purchases MUST be made within 3 days of the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by the bidder and Estate Consultants. Those items that remain unpaid after 5 days will be placed in storage with a storage fee of $20.00 per day being levied upon the buyer. Those items that remain in storage more than 10 days will be considered forfeit . The cost of the item and all storage fees will be the responsibility of the buyer of record to pay. After 5 days from the forfeiture any remaining unpaid balance will be turned over to a collection agency.
