All sales are final. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, checks (run through the TeleCheck system,) VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted, debit or credit card totals over $10 appreciated. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use cards!
Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home, signup is at BRIESLINE.COM. The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 15 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use. This 1,500 square foot 3-bedroom mid-century ranch built in 1958 is loaded with items of all sorts, predominantly from the 1960s-1980s. There is furniture from the era, home decor, collectibles galore, costume jewelry, useful household items and more. The man of the house worked for Frederick Cooper and there are many vintage lamps available as well as a great collection of finials. The family would like the home cleared out so everything must go!
