BUYER’S PREMIUM:
- All items will be subject to a 15% Buyer’s Fee that will be added to the final bid.

*EXAMPLE...if you bid $100, your total purchase price will be $115 / Bid $500 = $575 / $1,000 = $1,150 / $10,000 = $11,500, etc.


MERCHANDISE AND PROPERTY:
- All merchandise and property is sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS CONDITION” - The WORKING CONDITION of all merchandise is UNKNOWN to seller and auctioneer.


- All items are sold with NO warranties or guarantees, implied or expressed. All sales are FINAL.

- We will do our best to provide accurate product descriptions HOWEVER, Creative Auction Solutions is not to be held liable for any unintended misrepresentations in the listing titles or descriptions.

INSPECTION/PREVIEW:
Preview/Inspection for this Auction will take place on the following days/times:

PREVIEW Day- Friday, May 26th between 10am-12pm
PREVIEW DAY- Saturday, May 27th between 10am-2pm

- We HIGHLY RECOMMEND and ENCOURAGE every bidder to preview each and every item online BEFORE bidding.

ANY AND ALL bidding without previewing online and doing buyer due diligence is STRONGLY discouraged.


- Creative Auction Solutions LLC does our best to accurately describe all merchandise and property to sale. However, we make NO representations on the condition, working condition, usefulness, description, errors or omissions, year, make, model, mileage, hours, authenticity, accuracy, genuineness, or any other information on any item or items sold.


- Buyer agrees to do their own due diligence prior to the auction.


- Creative Auction Solutions LLC is an acting agent for the Seller and ALL representations made in print, online, or verbal are made on behalf of the Seller.


- Creative Auction Solutions or any of its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any act or unintentional misrepresentations made by Creative Auction Solutions or the seller.


PAYMENTS:
- Winning bidders will receive an invoice from us via email following the auction close. Please check junk mail folder if you do not receive your invoice within 48hrs of auction closing.


- All invoice payments must be paid in full within 72 hours of the auction close.


- If purchased items are not paid in full within 72 hours, the Buyer will forfeit all money and/or deposits paid and items will be re-listed, re-sold or returned to seller without further notice and with no buyer/bidder recourse.


- REFUNDS WILL NOT be given for any reason!


- PLEASE DO NOT BID if you DO NOT intend to purchase and pay for the item, or if funds are not readily available, or if you are unable to pay within 72 hours of the auction close.


- Failure to pay for any auction purchases may result in being permanently banned and bidder will lose all privileges to register, bid and purchase any items from any of our future auctions.

- CASH: Accepted onsite during advertised pick-up day/time unless other arrangements are made between buyer and Creative Auction Solutions directly. If paying cash on pick up day(s) please print & bring a copy of your invoice. If paying cash, you must bring exact change.

- PAYPAL - We now accept PayPal payments. All PayPal transactions have a 3% processing fee.

- WIRE TRANSFER IS REQUIRED on all invoices over $5,000.00 USD unless other arrangements are agreed upon between buyer and Creative Auction Solutions LLC. In this scenario, wiring instructions will be provided to directly winning bidders upon completion of the auction. Please call our office to verify wiring instructions to avoid any threat of wire fraud. Additional wire transfer fees may be added for international wire transfers.

- NO CHECKS will be accepted.

- DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL.

- ALL payments made, including any and all deposits, are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.


- If Payment is NOT received or other arrangements made within 72HRS of auction closing, all purchases plus admin fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Refunds will NOT be given.


PICK UP/REMOVAL:

PICKUP/CHECKOUT for this online only auction will take place at 3055 Homestead Oaks Drive Clearwater, FL 33759

PICK UP WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

- Monday, May 29th from 10am-1pm
- Tuesday, May 30th from 4pm-7pm

If you are unavailable during those pick up times, please call our office at 727-699-1642 or email SOLD@CREATIVE-AUCTIONS.COM to coordinate a pick-up day & time.

- All items MUST be paid for, picked up/removed, without damaging any property, at the advertised location during by the advertised deadline, unless other arrangements are agreed upon between Creative Auction Solutions LLC and the Buyer.


- If the purchased items are not removed by the advertised deadline or the agreed upon arrangement between Creative Auction Solutions LLC and the Buyer, the Buyer will forfeit all money and/or deposits paid and items will be re-listed, re-sold or returned to service without notice and with no recourse.


- REFUNDS WILL NOT be given to buyers for any reason!!


SOFT CLOSE:
- All items are scheduled to close at a specific time. However, we use an AUTO EXTEND or a SOFT CLOSE feature on ALL our online bidding platforms. Therefore, bidding will remain OPEN on any item that receives a bid within a pre-determined time, prior to the scheduled closing time.


- Every time a bid is placed, a time extension will be added to the original closing time and to each extension closing time.


EXAMPLE...if the pre-determined extension time is set for “5” minutes and an item is scheduled to close at 8pm, and a bid is placed between 7:55pm and 8:00pm, the closing time will be extended by “5” minutes or 8:05pm. If a bid is placed within the next “5” minute interval, then bidding close time will extend another “5” minutes or 8:10pm, etc. When a “5” minute extension interval has passed without any bids, then the item will close and no more bids can be accepted. You may need to “manually click refresh” frequently on your browser. “manually refresh” your browser during the extensions to see all other bids placed and verify you are still the high bidder.


ELECTRONICS SERVICE INTERRUPTION DISCLAIMER:


- All bidders acknowledges and accepts that Creative Auction Solutions LLC and/or any of our affiliates does not guarantee any continuous, uninterrupted service or secure access to our website. It is possible that the operation of this website may be interrupted, interfered with or adversely affected by circumstances and/or factors out of our control.

- Creative Auction Solutions or any of our affiliates, agents, third party vendors or providers WILL NOT be held liable or WILL NOT be responsible for any loss or damage that may incur in the event of any failure or interruption of the service or internet bidding or from any cause regarding access to, inability to access, inability to place bids, for whatever the perceived cause.


- In the event of any service interruption, and/or technical difficulties or circumstances, it will be the sole discretion of Creative Auction Solutions LLC and/or its sellers, to reserve the right to, terminate the interrupted auctions and may declare all bids in those auctions null and void, to allow the auctions to continue to run after the interruption, to re-list and re-start all auctions containing any lots/items that were affected when the interruption occurred, or take any other action deemed necessary. The Auction company’s decision, with the consent of the Seller, shall be final without liability or recourse.


- All buyers agree that, Creative Auction Solutions LLC has the right, but is not obligated, to settle any and all disputes, between bidder and seller or bidder and other competing bidders. The buyer agrees to abide by the decision of Creative Auction Solutions LLC, whose decision will be fair and final.


-ALL bidders/buyers agree, that the act of registering and submitting a bid is a LEGAL and BINDING contract, and the bidder constitutes the acceptance of each and every term and condition contained herein, and GUARANTEES that he/she will PAY for the items that they are the winning bidder.
