Then, the individual bids will be totaled to determine the combined value of the entire package. The highest bid from either the individual auctions or the entirety will be presented to the trustee for approval.



THIS IS A LIVE AND ONLINE AUCTION THAT WILL BE BROADCASTED

Terms & Conditions:
  • Clear and marketable deed will be provided to the buyer.
  • Closing cost split 50/50 (Expect mortgage cost to the buyer)
  • Winning bidder of the real estate will have to place 10% down due by wire or delivery after the auction closes to the title company on or before Monday July 24th.
  • Balance due on closing (typically 30 days to close)
  • Property sales subject to any restriction of record
  • Boat Slips sell contingent upon closing of the real estate and subject to approval of the trustee

Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing.



Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate contract and pay ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment, payable to the title company which shall hold the money in escrow until closing.



The 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Closing costs will be split between buyer & seller. (Buyer pays any Mortgagor expenses)
