We prefer cash charges must be no less than $200.00, no checks, no exceptions. All items are sold as is, and all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. Purchases must be removed by the end of the sale. There is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects, you must bring help, transportation, blankets, and rope. We will honor a list the morning of the sale only, if you are not present when names are called, you loose you spot. ORA is not responsible for accidents or injuries or any items left behind. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and house. |

This Country Living estate sale runs the gamut. From Antiques and collectables, to a 5 yr old Horse named Gentleman Jeeves and a 7yr old pony named Tarry-A-Bit Poppycock to farm equipment.
Gentleman Jeeves - This is a fantastic young hunter for the Pre-Green ring in 2016! 5 years old, 16 hand, stunning black, unraced TB gelding with show experience, this boy has all the potential to make up to be a super fancy horse! Super quiet and brave to the jumps, good lead changer, and beautiful to watch. Has come home with lots of blue ribbons in his first shows in the baby greens. Ridden by kids and amateurs at home.
Tarry-A-Bit Poppycock - Brave, beautiful, and ready for some serious show miles, this pony wants to be a winner! Poppy is 12.1 hands, 9 years old, registered welsh, small pony gelding that just needs a consistent program to be a winner. Very light miles this year and he was champion or reserve in the green ponies every time out. Jumps the absolute best, models, and moves beautifully too. Jogged at KY Summer Classic and that was his first show outside, jumped right around at Pony Finals no questions asked. Kick ride, but not for a total beginner. All offers considered - I don't have a rider for him!
