Auction held to settle the Estate of the Late Alice M. Goll

According to her wishes everything must and will be sold at Live Public Auction.

LOCATION: At the house 19123 120th Ave. Nunica, MI 49448 (Ottawa Co.)

DIRECTIONS: From Muskegon take M-46/Apple Ave. East 7 miles to Maple Island Rd., South 8 miles to Wilson Rd., West 1 mile to 120th Ave., South ¼ mile. NOTE: Alice was a 1958 graduate of Coopersville High School and worked at Michigan Bell for over 30 years. Alice and her special friend and 35 year companion, Rosemary Stevenson, built this nice home and lived here for over 30 years. Alice, after her retirement in 1990, pursued her lifelong dream of becoming an artist. 100’s of her artworks adorn homes all over the West Michigan area and beyond. Her upstairs art studio is absolutely packed with artist supplies and finished artwork, including much folk art.

Rosemary also retired from Michigan Bell, but her true claim to fame being she played on the Grand Rapids Chicks American Girls Baseball League team in the early 1950’s. They both had a passion for collecting, making this an antique lover’s dream Auction. Lots of yard & shop tools, tractor and farm equipment make this an auction worth your special attention. Make plans to be just North of Nunica on Thursday morning, August 24 at NOON for the start of this great personal property and Real Estate Public Auction.
